Shipping Policy

Sugar Rush by Ravyn cookies are baked fresh and packed with care. Orders are processed within 2-4 business days. During busy weeks, holidays, or large order periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Cookies are shipped Monday-Wednesday to help prevent packages from sitting in transit over the weekend. We do not ship standard cookie orders on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

All cookies are individually wrapped and packed in a bakery box, then placed inside a protective shipping box with cushioning to help reduce movement during transit.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or charged based on the selected cookie box size. Shipping times begin after the order has been processed and handed to the carrier.

Once a package is with the carrier, delivery delays caused by weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, carrier issues, or missed deliveries are outside of our control. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Because our products are food items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the shipping box, packaging, and damaged items so we can review the issue.

Cookies are best enjoyed within 5-7 days of delivery. For longer freshness, store cookies in an airtight container or freeze them.
